Pamela loves solving problems, making great introductions and coaching others to remove the limits to achieve their goals! She is the owner of SRA Healthcare Executive Search, providing professional and executive recruitment services. Her previous medical products and healthcare service background provides a foundation of the challenges and opportunities that her clients face.

She serves on a Healthcare Advisory Board at Baldwin Wallace where she completed her HCEMBA. Pamela is a certified brain health coach, promoting wellness and offering professional women limitless coaching programs and is working towards a PhD in Ministry, Health & Wellness Coaching. She is the proud mom of two young men in college and enjoys reading, playing tennis and golf, walking on the beach, spending time with close friends and family and meeting new people.

Since 1987, Pamela has been involved in both Education and in Christian Ministry. She is also an entrepreneur and has demonstrated success in business development and marketing oversight in the marketplace. She leads an executive recruitment search firm, serving the healthcare and medical industry. Here she makes strategic introductions between companies and job seekers and advises on leadership development, market trends and business growth strategies while leading a team and expanding her business. Her industry experience, systemic lens, passion, integrity and relentless pursuit to provide a culture of excellence, help both medical innovation companies and healthcare service providers. Clients range from small, venture-backed companies to Fortune 500 organizations with a focus on leadership and sales talent.

Pamela held positions with national nursing home chains, Nestle Clinical Nutrition (a Baxter JV) and a residential mental health farm community. She earned an Executive Master of Business Administration and is currently working on her PhD in Ministry, Coaching and Wellness. She serves on the healthcare advisory board at Baldwin Wallace University, where she attended graduate school.

Pamela enjoys playing tennis, golf, walking on the beach and spending time with family and friends. She is a proud Mom to two adult young men. She is also a member of International Breakthrough Ministries and Kingdom Development Institute and is on the adjunct teaching faculty at Notre Dame Cleveland.

Pamela resides in a private community in Southport, North Carolina.
